Poor Communication and Unfair Deposit Deductions

I had a very disappointing experience with CSI Rentals after vacating our rental unit at San Ridge Heights. Despite maintaining the property in good condition and submitting a formal dispute within the required timeframe, the agency ignored my communication and processed deductions from my deposit without resolving the dispute or giving me the legally required opportunity to carry out the repairs myself.

Minor issues such as light paint scuffing — clearly general wear and tear — were unfairly charged against my deposit. I also never received any breakdown or proof of the interest earned on my deposit, as required by law. Repeated follow-ups were met with silence or dismissive responses.

This agency(Bianca & Chantelle) shows poor professionalism, ignores tenant rights under the Rental Housing Act, and prioritizes their own repair quotes over fair and transparent resolution. I would not recommend them to future tenants.
