PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM PROPERTIES MANAGED BY CSI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT.

What I would advise is that if you see a billboard saying property for sale by CSI, please run as fast as you can. Me and my wife have a property at one of the estates they manage. I have never seen a disastrous and disgusting property management like CSI. They make financially implicating decisions on behalf of the residents without their concern. The Estate Manager does not respond to emails or his WhatsApp. A few months ago we had a bust pipe in the wall, they could not assist us because their insurance excess is R10000, and they do not even allow residents to have their Building insurance because on their side they will lose business. We had to pay for the repairs from our pocket. Since we bought the property in 2019, every time there are heavy rains the property walls absorb water, they tried repairing it but unfortunately, it is not fixed. Whenever you have issues in your House you are on your own.
