No Delivery

i have lived in a CSI run flat for over a year now. and i have noticed a number of problems that has not been addressed. there is no water in the mornings. after many calls and emails, this problem has still not been fixed. a shade cover in the parking lot has blown off but no one has bothered to replace it. the security just lets anyone in and out with out them even finding out where they are going to. visitors are allowed to park in residents covered parking and residents are then forced to park outside.the security guards and CSI seem to choose to solve residents problems based on the colour of their skin only. the people of the complex has constant issues also but non of these things are ever addressed by the rental agents or management of CSI. The residents who pay their rent on time are ignored and have to live in a flat where proper water services are not even provided. but yet i was once charged my monthly rent as interest due to them not being able to pick up my reference number.
