Need help with CSI

I rented with CSI at San ridge heights 01 December 2023 i signed the lease around 9th December later on i received an email stating my lease is for 06 Months the owner plans to increase the rent June 2024 okay May i asked them to terminate i explained to them that’s breach of contract because their clause state rent only increase annually then i receive an email stating i must pay for broken things in the Apartment i asked them to investigate further because any of damages they stated i found them like that even have proof of pictures the agent took before i occupy suddenly i am getting email that i am being handed over for R1500 something for what i dont understand you just wanna tarnish my name n profile for nothing they are being ********s
