MISS REPRESENTATION OF FLAT

I was mislead into signing this lease. when i spoke to Shaun Erasmus he advised me that the unit available to rent was ground floor , the advertisment that is on the website indicates that all one bedroom units are on ground floor , pictures were sent to me from Shaun Erasmus showing the unit being ground floor. I accepted the lease based on the pictures shown to me as i was not able to view the flat because i live in Durban. I arrived at the unit on Saturday to accept my keys and was asked to meet Shaun at unit 96 which is a first floor unit.. I am not happy with this unit as i have been mislead and want my deposit back , totally not acceptable and non professional expereience dealing with CSI rentals. Will not consider dealing with them again.
