Maintenance never done

Ive been reporting maintenance issue the flat Im renting in Ridgeview for 3 months and none of them have been addressed. Rent is paid on time every month and issues are apparently gonna be solved but they never are! For the past 4 days Ive had no electricity and when I asked for it to be sklved I was told basically told I must deal with it myself, they are not involved. Just havr to warn any other person thinking of moving here.
