Interest on Deposit - Not Paid

These people don’t even deserve one star. I moved out three weeks ago and they were quick to deduct for damages but “forgot” to credit me with the interest owed. When I queried it with Marco Smit, his response was “oops sorry we forgot”… how do you forget interest or are they such amateurs in this business? How many people have they “forgotten” to pay their interest?!?!?!?!?! Clearly a syndicate… they ignore phone calls and promise continuously that it’s been paid however they can’t issue a break down of the interest earned or provide proof of payment. Almost thumb sucking an amount!!!!!
