I had the unfortunate occurance of being late with my rental happens during the normal course of life, that is when all the trouble started.<br> <br> I had my prepaid water which still had a credit balance turned off (Against the law)<br> I had my prepaid electricity turned off which also had a credit balance (Against the law)<br> I had my kids thrown out of the house in my absence (Against the law)<br> <br> I approached CSI Rentals to enquire on the ******** lockout and received a unconcerned response, i have lost everything that was in my refrigerator as this had gone off (rotten), i only got access to the premises on the 24th of that month after payment was made.<br> <br> I was still however expected to pay a full months rent despite the fact that i was ********ly locked out and despite the fact that i did not occupy the premises for the period 10th to 23rd.<br> <br> The premises id designed to break the law with a separate lock on the door that only they have access to (Against the law )
