******** & Inconsiderate People

<p>You would think that moving from wonder park to Montana will bring you less stress but after moving in my unit at 21 Zambezi estate I had nothing but a series of problems</p> <p> </p> <p>Recently there was a ******* at this complex and my door was brutally damaged. I signed a lease agreement with one of the estate agents from CSI rentals that I will only renew the contract if the owner installs a baglar door of which we agreed that he will push them to do it before June and that he will keep me up to date with the process.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the agreement I never receive a call, sms nor an email..Instead I had to call him and the response was the head office is busy with the owner and now when I ask for feedback I get no response, I waited 3months before my communal dish started working after I moved in, judging by the negative complaints regarding CSI rentals.. I can only imagine how long I will wait till am taken seriously and a baglar is installed in my unit. </p> <p> </p> <p>I always knew that agents can be shady after the contract is signed but one would think that there would be some sort of emergency Because its about safety and I was garunteed safety so for them to ignore me after such an incident accrued clearly shows their lack of respect towards their clients.</p> <p> </p>
