I wish there was a no star option

<p>We have been getting water cuts since last year April when I moved in... We have to shower before 5 in the morning because there is no water after that until 7 AM and the water comes and goes during the day and sometimes there's no water all day... One day there was no water until later that night... We have been laying complaints but all they tell us is that it's a municipal problem... There's no water as I write this... </p>
