I WANT MY RENTAL MONEY TODAY

It is the 18th of the month and I still have not received my rent. I asked for the tenants contacts (knowing full well what their number is and that I have had the same issue with CSI where APPARENTLY the tenant had not paid my rent. I have suggested numerous times to cancel our contract and that I find other agents who can manage my property better. No resolve of why or how I still do not have this rental that again I repeat APPARENTLY my tenant did not pay yet I am not allowed to contact the tenant directly????
