I thought ************** was a thing of the past

I have been querying feedback for the last two months, only when i actually complain is anything done, i receive a phone call phone Monica on Friday at work, I was rudely spoken to shouted and my age was brought into it as if the fact that i pay on time before its due every month has got anything to do with my age i have spoken fo numerous managers and absolutely nothing is done, my age has absolutely nothing to do with supplying a customer service,my complaints were not unfounded nor unnecessary, i do not appreciate being shouted at like a child and spoken to like trash when i have not faulted from my side in payments nor anything else. I cannot believe the pathetic service of retaliation from this woman when she is the one who simply had to supply feedback instead of waiting 2/3 gap between, and now all of a sudden our electricity account is blocked for no known reason, i recommend that anyone considering using the services from CSI Rental avoid doing so entirely,the commission claimed by that company for rental would be better used at any other estate agency, honestly i have never experienced atrocious service as i have with this company.Regardless of my age,race or gender!
