House break ins and poor maintenance services

I moved into the Junction Apartment 1 @Foresthill last year on my arrival I was given 1 set of keys the doors locks were not changed to cut the story short this year I had problems with my security gate on Thursday 11 August 2022 my flat was broken into after countless times asking them to fix during the interim inspections the inspector lady came took videos promised they will send maintenance until the worst happened on Thursday there was no signs of forced entry on the door and they knew the security gate is compromised. I went as far as buying a key blocker it was also removed. After full two weeks of reporting the security gate and other faulty in the flat my door was quickly fixed on the day after the incident if they were serious about their tenants and acted immediately none of this would have happened. When we ask for cctv footage they say on the day the incident happened there was no suspicious movement. I advise no one to rent or buy property under CSI. I reported the incident no initiative was taken even their emergency number does not work after hours my daughter and I had to sleep in a crime scene. No information was globalized to warn other tenants about this incident nothing and they have not responded to my emails yet CSI did me very dirty. I pay my rent on time and hoped this is a security complex my kid and I will be safe.
