Highly Disappointed with CSI Rentals

Good day i would just like to let everyone know, i used CSI rentals from last year and i am highly highly disappointed in the way i was treated. i moved into an apartment paying my full deposit and there was quite a bit to be done and was promised that the owner would fix all from his side. the only action which was taken was painting. when i moved out, CSI felt the need to take almost all my deposit to do fixes. highly annoyed and i do not recommend using them at all. We budget on getting our deposit back and this happens.
