Good luck with moving into a property management by CSI

This is the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Tenants mean nothing to them; all they care about is collecting rent. Despite my account being up to date, they blocked my meter number and refused to take any accountability. Several issues in the unit were supposed to be addressed before I moved in, but to this day, only a few have been fixed. Melany, in particular, has shown a complete lack of respect for tenants.
