So, my lease was extended without a term from my side, indicating 6 or 12 months! Instead of getting hold of me to add in the term extension I wanted, they took it upon themselves… specifically Louise and Melanie to fill in dates and terms. Of recent! Cheryl De Lange! Working on my deposit refund. No back bone what so ever! Absolutely *********** in her job! Cannot give accurate feedback , cannot give timelines, does not even have a policy document to refer to in terms of a turn around time to get back to the client! It’s been more than a month and my deposit is still lying in their accounts gathering interest! Waiting for a recon and refund to be done INEVITABLY.

Makes one wonder why every employee there is white Afrikaans…
