Never in my right mind would I let anyone I know rent through CSI. One issue after another, last month I was debited for rent even after I had moved out the property, for peace and to move on with life I let them keep my damn deposit. This month, same thing, rent goes off my account although I moved out in December! I'm escalating this to the rental tribunal after countless calls and emails to them. They are true con artists!
