Faulty gate at Syringa Mewa

I have been a tenant at Syringa Mews for the past 18 months amd I have to say for the past few months Syringa Mews has not felt like home.The gate makes a hell of a noise every time it is opened or closed, which is a thousand times a day on average. It is not just one gate, but both gates make it difficult to sleepwespecially if you have a gate facing room. We now have to watch TV at high volumes and we sneak in sleep during working hours. <br> <br> We have called both Clarissa and Dale but they have not prioritised our grievance.Insted Dale says we are the only tenants who complain, and says we should fill in a petition with all the tenants signatures(Shocking!!!).<br> As I type this, it sounds like a truck with heavy metals is driving on a gravel road. Can this be fixed without a petition?Can we be respected?
