False advertizement

Urban Ridge is falsely advertising it rent at R5600.00 while it stands at R5800. I was renting R5250 for the duration of 6 months. After the 6 months, when I requested a lease extension I went to their offices and they had raised my rent to R5800.00, an increase of R550.00. I think this is an unfair increase and even though they say it is as per property rates in the area, they still advertising a rent cost of R5600 in their boards. <br> <br> This is false adverti*****t and people need to know that they are lured falsely.
