EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE WORKING FOR CSI

I emailed the CSI office on the 25/11/2019 asking two simple questions. The email i get back from Charleen is extremely rude and she is attacking me for not keeping an arrangement on a boom gate I needed to pay for that they fixed. Please note that I did not approve the boom gate amount, it was sprung on me and said I need to foot the bill. I am extremely disappointed in the company. The way your staff speak to people shows they don't care about the customers experience. I have also not seen anyone calling me to come and fix all the issues that were raised when I moved in and the inspection was done.
