Evicted from apartment at night on the 31st July

I made notice to Complex Urban RidgeAgents Geoff & Juan in June notifying them i will move out I specifically mentioned that I will move out 1st 08 I did not receive a response until sometime in July that Geoff called me i told him that i made a notice via email he said it was fine and I must send him the unit number, which I did I did not get any communication from the Agents regarding the outgoing process, I tried to call Geoff over the phone who did not pick up. I then made arrangements with the agent at my new place that I will move in on the 1st at 10AM. On 31st in the afternoon i sent an email to Geoff notifying him that I will move out on 1st and I asked where do I leave the keys & who will be available to do outgoing inspection I got an automated response that said he no longer works at CSI & I must email Ryan I forwarded the email to Ryan Later that day at night around 7 a man knocks at my door as I was busy studying for MBA exams following day I went to the door and the man was the handy man of the shouted at me and sweared at me saying I must be out by 00:00 He was so violent I called the police Juan later came and said I must be out. I was unfailry evicted at night
