Entrance/exit inspection

this company has very old apartments, maintained, but old nonetheless in aspects of doors, ceilings, windows, walls; but they will charge you an arm and a leg upon exit.

here's the catch: 1. during entry, the estate agent will complete an inspection sheet with you, that's great.. 2. upon exit they will conduct another one, also great... However 1. the entrance inspection will be by an agent, whom will vaguely or not even put comments on some less obvious items. 2. the exit inspection will be by a contractor which will comment each and every item on inspection(i.e. chips on a 20 year old door)

make sure to comment on each and every commented on your entrance sheet!!! make sure they fix everything within a week/two of entry!!! because they will take ALL of your deposit and leave the next tenant with the same mess you found, and charge them too! Money making scheme
