Don't buy/rent in CSI managed complexes

Rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, and arrogant, with antiquated systems and processes (nothing is automated/digital), overstaffed and underdelivers. Treat owners and tenants like children (parent-child attitude rather than adult-adult attitude). Building maintenance takes months to address (one fire door took more than two years to repair).
