Don't buy/rent in CSI developments. They use their own property management company to run the complexes and the staff are rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, and arrogant, with antiquated systems and processes (nothing is automated/digital), overstaffed and underdelivers. Treat owners and tenants like children (parent-child attitude rather than adult-adult attitude). Building maintenance takes months to address (one fire door took more than two years to repair).
