DO NOT RENT/RENT OUT YOUR PROPERTY WITH CSI

A bunch of **********, they rent out houses that are in a bad condition then take your deposit to fix the house. It is obvious that they work with the repair companies or probably own them to inflate prices to make sure that they take every last cent of your deposit.

We almost rented out another house from them not knowing that they would **** us out of our deposit but luckily we were warned by people in the area that we would regret it.

Its just disgusting!!
