The worst Retirement Rental Management Company, seriously rip people off on their deposits, I rented a unit for 3 years for my mom at Celebration, of no maintenance from the owner or agent, I lost R4020.00 of my deposit as they charged me for painting the unit after moving out, including the pillar in the Garden, which didn't even need doing, I also took another unit for my mom however she passed away before she could move in, they took R1500.00 from my deposit of the new unit as a cancellation fee, AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR
