Do not ever rent with CSI Rentals, you will never get your deposit

We have been renting a property in Kempton Park for the last 2 years at Midriver Estates unit 67. Over the years we have tried our best to keep the property clean and unscathed so that when we leave we can get our deposit back.

Our contract ended 31 December 2017 and an exit inspection was done. Thinking we kept the unit clean and nothing broken, CSI rentals decides to take most of our deposit for things when we left the unit were not broken or damaged. With my knowledge, CSI Rentals is colluding with maintenance companies, namely Macgyver Projects, to give each other jobs and inflating the prices. If you are renting with CSI Rentals, do not bother to keep the place clean because you will not get your deposit, no matter how clean you keep the place.

They have been complaints about CSI Rentals over the years and many people warned us before we moved in and i am going to make sure that they stop their ******* business undertakings. I am asking anyone who has had this type of service to contact me on ********** so that we can stop this company abusing its tenants.
