Disgusting attitude from Bianca

I just had a conversation with Bianca who was absolutely rude and abrupt. She did not even ask for my unit number and did not even bother to listen to me. I explained that I need something to be delivered on Saturday because I ordered a headboard before lockdown and now the company is closing down so they need to get all their orders out before they close. She did not care to listen or even try to understand. Does she expect me to lose my money that was paid. I have seen several visitors in this Estate yet I am not allowed to get a delivery. He will be in my home only and not in contact with anyone else in the Estate so how does this make any sense?
