Disgusted

I’ve been renting with these people for around 10 years never have I failed to pay rent in time or late. I had a rough couple of months asked if I can owe them a months rent and I get a letter of demand from them threatening eviction if I fail to pay. I’ve fix many thing in the place out of my pocket, painted the entire house out of my pocket because the refuse to paint even though I’ve been here to long. The paint they use is of the poorest quality I’ve come across wipe the dirty marks of the wall the marks stays the paint comes off hence I use proper paint. I’ve seen so many things that’s just not right like charges R1 200 for a tap that cost them R180 **************** is an understatement. I really don’t know how they still operating as a company so many bad reviews and complaints. If I could rate them a minus I’d give them -10.
