Deposit was not paid!

I had a lease agreement with CSI rentals, when I had moved out they did not give my deposit back and instead listed items damaged on the property which were already like that when we had moved in , they even charged an additional R5000 for repairs which was not needed . How do I handle this and get my money for my deposit
