Delaying To Pay Tenants Deposit

Hi i have been a tenant at unit 28 Urban Ridge West owned by the above mentioned company.<br> When i moved into this apartment 2 years ago my flat had issue E.G, ceiling leaking, kitchen tap leaking and Walls where very Dirty. I have Rectified all these issues myself before moving out and now im being told that they have to deduct money from my deposit. My question is did they invigilate my apartment when i moved in and did they inform me about the damages when moving out? They advised my money would be in my account today. I am the 3rd Tenant who is experiencing this. I have tried to get in contact with them but Lichen,Abie and Geoff cannot even give me a call.<br>
