Deducted R2800 from my deposit

I only resided in the unit for a year and I didn't renew because they increased rent by over 40%. When I moved out I cleaned the unit and nothing was damaged or broken. Now they have deducted R2800 from my deposit with no explanation. Do not rent at URBAN RIDGE SOUTH IN MIDRAND. These CSI people are a **** and are very rude and they do not have good customer service.
