CSI... Worse than the ******* on the street!

This company are a bunch if ***** and ******* who have no thought for their clients or how their shady business affects the common man. My husband and I moved into Villa Victoria in Benoni in June with our new born baby. When my husband viewed the property, their was no water in the unit. The agent lead him to believe that this was due to the Fibre company having cut the pipes in the area. We moved in only to find we still had no water. This turned out to be a continuing problem in the area that the rental agent **** about. For the next 3 months we had no water from 6am in the morning until sometimes 7pm at night. We had a new born baby at the time and could not continue living like this. We were forced to move again, incurring all the costs on ourselves again and they then had the cheek to keep our deposit even though they know we entered into the contract with false information. The agent even admitted this to us in whatsapp conversations and admitted that they were in breach of contract but nothing was ever followed up.

These people are disgusting *******... I will never ever rent from anywhere under their management again!
