CSI Useless (a good read)

CSI, Angelique, Mariska, Charleen and Ricki,
Angelique, I take no apology from CSI Rentals seriously anymore. As this involved a passing, on the 24th July I humbly requested that this be given urgency by CSI, not to worry.
My email to Ricky refers. I did more than expected of me, giving you and your company immediate notice of my mom’s passing. I personally went in and sanitised and cleaned the entire flat. I have assisted mom through two inspections previously with CSI and made sure there wasn’t a mark having been charged for a finger mark on the wall previously, which did wipe off. I handed the flat back in pristine condition on 30 July, although you must remember, “………. I would like to remind that it is noted on your entry inspection and that the unit is not new anymore”.
So, as explained below, CSI hold R7 000.00 of Mrs Drummond’s money. The rent, as per the contract, is R6 335,39, the balance I presume is for food vouchers. The money held covers the rent for August, the balance, R664.61, can be paid into the account provided as the food vouchers will not be used in August and notice was given on the 24th July – Standard Bank, Current Acct 2*** 8, MJM Drummond.
May I be fortunate enough never to have to deal with CSI Rental again. I have done all I can to ensure CSI were immediately aware of the situation, you have had since the 24th July to find a suitable tenant so as to ensure the “landlord” is not out of pocket.
On principal, pay the R664,61, me personally, I will not entertain anything further, Charleen must do what Charleen does, in the manner in which she does it, and we will all watch that wheel turn. Fortunately I am not your client or your tenant, I’m done trying to assist CSI.

Charleen,
Listen carefully, I don’t know who you are or who you think you are but understand one thing, your bullying tactics used below on those in their eighties have no effect on me, but if it makes you feel good about yourself, happy to play along. Learn some manners, address people by name, or is the below just a standard email you send to senior citizens who are in arrears by only one month (16 days), and for very good reason – she’s DEAD. If you manage to find a PO Box or physical address to serve legal papers, do inform.
My email to your offices, CSI Rentals (first email attached here), dated 24 July 2020 refers (the email dated 28 July which you were copied on also refer but not attached – go look for it).
I ask you please to have a look at the second attachment, message to your office dated 28 October 2019, where Mrs Drummond complains that the panic remote, used for emergencies, is not working, along with a couple of other issues. I then ask you to look at the third attachment, the response received from Angelina of CSI Rentals. No mention of the remote being fixed and on the 21st July 2020, one day after Mrs Drummond passed, I tested it, got no response. She died of a heart attack lying on her bed, I continue with my lawyers in this regard and will revert when ready.
The fourth, fifth and sixth attachment concerning the hand over back to CSI also refers. The sixth attachment, an email to your inspector, who I met in the flat and did a full handover with on the 30th July. To date, 16 August, I have heard NOTHING, NOTHING from CSI. So for info –
• 20 July – Mrs Drummond dies of a heart attack whilst lying on her bed, having told CSI a year ago, the emergency remote did not work. The manner in which you speak to the elderly below shows why they’re to scared to push further, you and your company disgust me. • 21 July – Mrs Drummond is found, having passed • 24 July – I personally informed your offices of Mrs Drummond’s passing • 25 July – Mini Movers empty the flat • 26 July – I personally go in, clean, disinfect, fix any issues in the flat and send 33 photos to CSI showing the state the flat has been left in • 30 July – I personally met with CSI inspector and do a FULL hand back, the only issue, a couple of nails in the wall and if I may refer to how Mrs Drummond was treated when pointing out faults, see attachment three, “………. I would like to remind that it is noted on your entry inspection and that the unit is not new anymore”.
Trust me, I didn’t have to assist you, 3 days after my mother’s death. I’ve tried to help, CSI have done NOTHING !!
So, let me explain to you !! CSI hold R7 000.00 of Mrs Drummond’s. CSI have not had the decency to communicate with me since the 30th July, I think I did more than expected but as I say in my first line, learn some manners. The rent, as per the contract, is R6 335,39, the balance I presume is for food vouchers. Sadly due to Corona Virus, Mrs Drummond won’t be travelling in August to your dining room – I’m sure your office can understand why but as explained in July – she’s f’ing dead.
You left my mother with a remote that did not work, even after informing you nine months previously, she died on her bed. There is a wheel that turns, not my issue but trust me, carry on sending your bullying, rude uncalled for emails to our elderly who are one month in arrears (16 days), and hopefully one day we all get to witness you being treated the same.
In closing, your company does not have the decency to contact me following the hand over done in July, you hold R7 000.00 of Mrs Drummond’s money. So, R7 000.00 less R6 335,39, when can I collect the R 664,61 and you’re wasting your time sending emails to Mrs Drummond’s listed email.
