CSI rentals will not pay back your deposit money!

Watch out, they use the sliver lining in the contract regarding maintenance to keep the deposit money. When you request maintenance services during your stay, the guys just don't pitch and if they come they ask for money from tenants because CSI at Midriver Estate is underpaying them. When you explain this to the rental administrators, the become very defensive about it. If there's one advise to take from a stranger, don't ever rent or buy property from CSI!
