CSI Rentals will hurt your CREDIT PROFILE without proper validation!

I always thought that CSI Rentals were "Proactive" but now I feel like people are being bul****?! May I ask whoever has the B**ls to take some professional responsibility & accountability to research "Debit & Credit - 101"; "Customer Service" and "Business Ethics" to deal with my account?!!!!! Before putting to 'paper' what's going on in the administrators mind, I'd prefer factual information please (of a legal nature).
