CSI Rentals , RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK!!

This is by far the worst agency I have ever rented from. I have only been living in the complex for 2 months and am experiencing more problems than in my 4 years from renting from other complexes. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT MAINTENANCE. Communication is vague, when maintenance problems arise you will be told there is no funding to fix it or they give you false schedules for when the maintenance will occur. I'm renting a 2 Bedroom but living only in the one bedroom as there are roof problems. Do you think I will get discount for this whole month of no progress? NO!!! I still pay full rent every month but living in crammed apartment. I would never wish this agency to even have contact with my worst enemy.
