CSi rentals refusing to refund our deposit!

We moved out of our apartment in 21 zambezi estate. It started when whe entry inspection and exit inspection was completely different from each other. They charged us for faults in the house that happened after we moved out an faults that came from photos of another unit that they claimed was in our unit.<br> We decided that we will wash the few marks on some of the walls ourselves and paint because they charge us about R5000 to paint about 4 walls. And the paint only cost us R600. They let the new tennants move in and we needed to inconvenience them to arrange to go paint. When we got there and baught 10 liters of paint according to what they instructed us to buy, we found that the paint colour was completely wrong.we ended up only washing the minor marks off and left the walls spotless. A week later they did another inspection and claimed the walls had \wash marks\" , still charging us thousends of rands. We asked for a quotation for the rest of the faults they claim to be our fault and all of a sudden they have a completely new list with new faults! They are dishonest, disrespectfull and will go out of their way to keep your deposit. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone EVER!!"
