Csi Rentals displays NO Sympathy after Family begs for quicker payment of deposit to deliver new born baby.

Hi, my Wife, Daughter and I are "good tenants" and have a good track record to prove it. We are expecting a new born baby and after I explained that I would like to request a quicker refund of deposit to pay for Hospital "Co-payment", CSi Rentals tried to reduce our deposit by over 50% saying "You have to Fight for your deposit" (yes, I have this in writing). Watch and get involved as my Peers and I bring back some old school ethics in a professional and amicable manner.
