Csi property management takes me to credit bureau

I moved into Midriver estates in April 2018. There were so many things at fault but i was promised that things would get fixed within the first month. The first few days i had to stay in Greenstone with a friend as their electricity box was not working. My meat got rotten but then again i let it go anyway. Mid May i had an emergency to attend. I sent an email to the agent that i had been communicating with letting her know that i need to vacate urgently. I requested that she send me a lease termination form. I tried a couple of times to contact her on her cellphone but she never answered and never got back to me. She however sent me an email 3 weeks after asking me if i've moved out. I wasn't even aware that she had attached the cancellation form as she didn't mention it in the emails. So i tried to call the agent and again she didnt take my calls and never got back to me.I sent a friend of mine to take the keys to the agent for me and asked him to pick some of my stuff up from the unit for me only to find that the locks had been changed. Apparently i have absconded the unit??? even though i communcated with the agent and also requested for a termination form?? Last week a lady called Charleen Richards sent me an email via TPN demanding that i pay rent for June. I was very surprised because the agent has been avoiding me and ive been locked out of the unit. I called the agent and she could not give me answers. She told me to contact Charleen as Charleen ids the best person to give me answers. So as shes colleagues with Charleen i assumed that she explained my case to Charleen. I called Charleen Richards and let me tell you. I have never felt so small in my entire life. She was very rude and deregotory in the conversation. I explained to her that i have communicated with the agent but she told me that she doesn't sit on a table with agent and i should have communicated with her rather. I am in the health field and honestly i have no idea how the properrty rental hierachys go. I explained to her that i thought that my communication should have been with the agent but she was not willing to hear me out but kept on drilling the fact that she has handed me over to TPN on me. As a service provider myself i'm very dissapointed by her tone when speaking to me and her impatience to my lack of knolwedge of hierarchy in property rental. I have forfeited my deposit and i understand that very well . But i have made effort to try and get a termination form and letting the agent know that i needed to move out urgently. I feel that there could be a better way of handling this case than the way Csi personels arehandling this.
