CSI PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ROUTE 82 VILLAGE 3

I am a resident at Route 82 Village 3.

I would NEVER RECOMMEND Anyone TO INVEST IN THIS PROPERTY

I have been staying here for 3 years and have experienced endless problems, from the exhorbatant levy fee, to the poor building maintenance, poor garden service and general cleanliness of the estate, to access problems as the boom gates are never working, yet we pay the levy religiously.

I have experienced damp and wet walls for over a year now, and it has fallen deaf on the various estate manager's ears. I have reported this issue several times and the damp walls are located where no plumbing runs through it, which means the building structure is poor.

I am appalled by the professionalism of everyone working at this company as there is no revert back. They never take any responsibility for the poor management and lack accountability. It is so badly built that you can hear almost everything your neighbour does, it's actually concerning as to how poorly built these units are.

I have resorted to put my review on this platform, as all my calls and messages are ignored with no shame.

I will never advise anyone to purchase with them. I am a disgruntled resident!!
