CSI Property Management & Rentals are beyond TERRIBLE to have any dealings with.

Be it CSI rentals or CSI Property Management, this lot will only keep taking from you. I own a unit at a retirement estate in Benoni & for 8 years it's been a nightmare dealing with them. Our levies have gone up so much that our property values have plummeted. They have installed a BOD of their own choice by circumventing voting regulations in our MOI's and who are now completely captured & never respond to any of the owners' complaints & just do as they are told by CSI. We don't get regular minutes of board meetings which take place monthly & which, as investors, we are fully entitled to. Our initial level 5 lockdown wasn't done according to Covid19 mandatory health regulations and they refuse to credit us anything on our levies for those 2 months when we didn't get all the services that we pay levies for, like:- their office & maintenance staff (the app**** for but didn't get essential work permits), gardening & cleaning services. We have some very elderly people at our estate & they are afraid to complain about anything as they get bul****! We are very worried about our investments with this place.
