CSI Property Management. Not adhering to Covid 19 at retirement villages

This company managers Village walk retirement village in Benoni. They have been totally non compliance to the Covid 19 emergency regulations. Their office / reception/ gardening/ maintenance staff. Have being arriving at the village for a few hours 3 to 4 times a week . All live out and are contract staff, not employed by the HOA.The kitchen contract with Feedem was also non compliance, collecting plastic containers from each home and serving food into them in the main kitchen. The potential for contamination of bacteria or viruses was present. They have billed the retirement residents full levies for services they did not receive during the lockdown period R60 a meal, that was not worth R20. CSI have the gardening and catering contracts an increase of around 7% during this lockdown period. They bully the residents by phoning them and sending accounts every few days. This company should not be allowed near retirement villages. Yet Mr Stephan Craggs refusing to reply to query’s regarding above. He is the Devision always manager that controls everything and insure the residents get treating letters if they don’t agree with his financial and budgets. The home owners are refused information such as bank account statements for any on the 4 accounts that are supposed to be in situ
