CSI Property Management is refusing to return my deposit as I opted to move out 2 months before my contract ended

CSI Property Management is refusing to return my deposit as I opted to move out 2 months before my contract ended. However, the lease was not terminated because i woke up and decided to leave. the lease was terminated due to clause 21.1 of their contract - the apartment was not being maintained and the items not maintained where costing me greatly to fix, which some i did fix myself but was not refunded - thus i app**** clause 21.1.1 and 21.1.2 as per the CSI contract. I moved out November 2023, and CSI was notified in August 2023, giving them over a month notice.
