Bad experience with this company. Rent was due on 1st it was paid on the 3rd. Found ourselves with interest of R700. Over and above that they have refused to give our deposit back claiming the repairs cost more than the deposit. Prior to us moving when our lease was up, they refused to do any repairs or maintenance on the Unit. When we decided not to renew the lease, they asked us to do the repairs ourselves
