CSI Property Management - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

Hubby and I moved in September 2023. We rented a unit at Stone Arch Estate. we terminated our lease prematurely because we needed to be closer to baby's school. They are now charging us +- R5000.00 for replacing things in the unit and painting walls. They have painted the walls while we were living there and they apparently need to replace a working stove. I do not recommend renting OR buying from them!!
