Hello Peter I am currently residing at Lemon Tree Apartments in Pretoria, and I’m reaching out to you regarding a distressing situation involving CSI Property Management.Despite the fact that I have always paid my levies on time and do not owe them anything, they have instructed the service provider to block my meter. I feel that this is a form of bullying and harassment.
