CSI Property Developments need to stop their bullying tactics.

I have owned a unit in a retirement complex since 2013. It has been a nightmare being managed by these people. There have been many cases taken out against them with CSOS the Ombudsman for Sectional Title for which, by law, we pay monthly membership fees. No-one gets anywhere. CSI, when confronted with legal matters from residents, just bully the elderly, don't stick to regulations according to our MOI (Memorandum of Incorporation). I would like to hear from others who are currently experiencing similar circumstances with this company.
