Csi property are a bunch of *******

We find a rental csi. The place needed alot of repair and the bathroom needed a paint. The toilet was leaking and along with every tap in the place. We decided to repair the at our own cost as they weren't planning to get it fixed soon. We stayed out our contract and when it was time to pay our deposit they charged us for all the repairs that had to be done when we moved in. This business are *****ing money from people. If you decide to rent from them make sure you repair all faults even if it was there before you moved in. It doesn't help to dispute it and doesn't help to have photo's. They have a system they use, that's just an eyeblind. They a far to lazy to use their own system. They take photos and comment on it when you go for a move in inspection and the same with move out inspection. For example the agent told us she knows the window is cracked she can't believie it's not fixed. And boom we are charged for the window that was crack along with all the other stuff. I'll say it again. They are a bunch of *******.
