CSI Properties ******** tenants

I moved into one of their properties at Junction 1 in April this year. I was coming from Eastern Cape and thought service will be excellent in a big city however it was the opposite. 1. On the day I moved in the bathroom was so dirty that my friends had to ask a woman on the road to assist. 2.There was water that was licking which was all over the flat. 3. The walls were filthy together with the tiles. 4. They never sent anyone to go and clean prior my move in and the agent all she was looking for was someone to take the place and as desperate as I was coming from so far I took it 5. The interesting part, she did a pre-inspection without me being present and I asked her why she would do that she responded that she had covered everything. She took advantage of me being desperately in need of a place to sleep 6. I moved out of the apartment end July due to two incidents of highjacking while staying in that property. So because I did not stay a year and I specifically said that I will not serve the 12 months contract in a place just to please CSI where my life is not safe they decided to do an inspection without my presence and now they want me to pay same amount as the rent because their quote goes up to the rent money. All these things that I must pay were things that were never fixed . 7. The company just sent me a letter threatening me and the shock part is that this is their first communication and it is already a threatening letter. 8. The place is filthy and there was never anyone sent to clean it. I stayed there from mid April and I have stuck in a dirty place and dealing with agents and employees who are rude and inconsiderable.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THOSE PEOPLE. YOU CANNOT TRUST ANY OF THEM. THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY
